How To Make Jamaican Sea Moss Tea
Jamaican Sea Moss Tea is the perfect start to any day and it's easy to make!
What you'll need:
4 cups of Water, preferably filtered
1 tsp grated Ginger
1 cup Coconut Cream
½ tsp Nutmeg
Honey, to taste
How to Make it:
Combine the water and coconut cream in a pot.
Add the cinnamon quill inside, and place the pot over medium heat.
Once the mixture starts to boil, add the nutmeg, ginger, and cloves, and let it boil for a couple of minutes until the taste is up to your preference. If you want the spice flavor to be more intense, then let it simmer for 20-30 minutes, adding some more water as it reduces.
